Is the podcast free ?

Yes and no, It is free to gain access to the standard podcast you can access some of the audio files and listen online.
If you like to have access to all audio files and transcripts there is a small monthly subscription fee of $10.

How do I download the audio files to my pc ipod mp3 player?

Please refer to the technical guide for this information. Please note that the XML URL needed to download the audio to your computer is only available to full subscribers.

Does is work with MAC or just PC?

As long as you can play mp3 files and display PDF it works on any computer/mp3 player

What about my computer and internet access?

You will need to have a broadband internet access of any speed, dial-up is ok but not recommended! Your computer should be fairly recent, at least a PC with a processor of 333mhz and 64 MB of memory, basic sound card.

I am a beginner/intermediate/advance student can I study with you?

The podcast cover a variety of levels, you will find podcasts that suit your level of italian

How often is updated?

We update the podcast weekly.

I need help with some homework, do you offer support via email?

Yes, if you are using our paid services we do provide email support while studying with us.

How do I pay?

You can pay with your credit card online. We prefer PAYPAL. If you live in the UK you can pay by cheque or cash but it is best to contact us beforehand.
